Our Mission

Our secret mission is transparency. We created this site to improve transparency in the ownership of US short codes. You can find some, but not all, of this information at the official 'registry' of US short codes www.usshortcodes.com.  The official directory is voluntary so not all codes are listed. The Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA) who authorized Neustar to operate the Common Short Code (CSC) Registry said that "Providing a "whois" directory of CSCs would violate our confidentiality agreements with individuals that lease common short codes."

About Us

I originally created this site when I was researching who was doing what. I decided to share my research. I also operate my own mobile marketing service - Promobilize: Mobilize Your Promotions - which is described at  www.promobilize.com. My short code is 74574 and it's in the directory.
